What to Expect at Your Dog’s Groom
1) Drop-Off
We start your drop-off with a friendly greeting where we ask about your dog’s coat, overall health, and any special requests or style preferences you have for the day. On average, you will pick up your dog 2-4 hours after they are dropped off. Need them done at a specific time? Just let us know in advance and we will do our best to make sure they are done when you need them. "Zoom Grooms" - aka express grooms are subject to a higher price.
2) Bath & Brush
Your dog enjoys a bath using high-quality shampoos tailored to their skin type, followed by a full brush-out and a professional blow dry to ensure a fluffy, clean finish. If your dog requires a specific shampoo, or if you have your own that you would like us to use, let us know and we will happily accommodate!
Now for where the magic happens: a haircut or trim as requested, a nail trim, ear check, and a final tidy-up to make sure every detail is perfect.
If your dog's fur is matted: Our goal is to never shave unnecessarily. We strive to give you exactly what you want for your dog, and we will always do what is safest, kindest, and least stressful for them. When your dog is matted, this may mean a shorter shave than what was requested. We will always call/text to give you a heads up if a shorter shave is necessary.

4) Pick-Up
You will receive a call or a text from us when your dog is ready to be picked up. When you arrive, we review the completed groom with you, share any notes on your pup’s coat or behavior, and celebrate a job well done. Latest pickup time on weekdays is 3:30pm, and 2pm on weekends. Pickups over 30 minutes after closing time may be subject to a late fee.
